1. General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the xx67 platform and its users. By accessing or using xx67's website, mobile interface, or any digital channel, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — xx67's website and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has created an account on xx67 or is using the platform.
• "We" or "xx67" — the authority operating xx67.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, and related features provided through xx67.
• "Account" — your personal profile created by registering on the platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English text shall be considered authoritative.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the xx67 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Any attempt by a person under 21 to register an account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must confirm the following:

• You will create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You are creating the account for yourself and voluntarily — not on behalf of any third party.
• The payment method used on your account is registered in your own name.

2.3 Verification of Information

xx67 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, or financial information at any time. Deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your xx67 account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Always log out after using an unfamiliar device or a public computer.
• Use a strong password that is not easily guessable, and change it regularly.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the xx67 support team immediately.

xx67 will not be liable for any loss arising from misuse of your account or third-party access, unless caused by xx67's own fault.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xx67 accepts transactions only through Bangladesh's Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods. Currently active methods are:

• bKash — mobile wallet operated by BRAC Bank.
• Nagad — digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — digital payment solution of UCB.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (across all methods). The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at xx67 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• The claim period for bonuses is set by xx67 and applies separately for each promotion.
• xx67 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, xx67 may cancel the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xx67 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using coordinated betting strategies to abuse bonuses.
• Using any form of hacking, bots, or automated tools on the platform's software or gameplay.
• Harassing, defrauding, or attempting to mislead other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Copying, distributing, or republishing xx67's content.

If you are found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, xx67 will immediately close the account, forfeit deposits and bonuses, and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the xx67 platform — logos, graphics, text, gameplay elements, software, and design — are the intellectual property of xx67 or its licensors. Reuse, copying, or distribution of these materials without prior written permission from xx67 is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) is protected by their own intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

xx67 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Interruption to gameplay due to internet connection issues or device malfunction.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Faults in third-party software or services.
• Temporary service disruption caused by technical failure.

xx67 always strives to maintain a high standard of service and is committed to resolving any technical issues promptly.

9. Privacy

xx67 has a separate Privacy Policy covering the collection, storage, and processing of users' personal information. The Privacy Policy applies alongside these Terms and both are legally binding.

10. Responsible Gaming

xx67 believes that gambling should be an entertaining activity, not a source of financial stress. We advise all our users to play responsibly.

• Never bet beyond your set budget.
• Avoid placing more bets to recover losses.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by User

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

xx67 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible for significant changes.
